These paintings reveal hope and vitality. Viewers have the feeling of a cheerful disposition.  It was the first time, bright-colored blossoming flowers spontaneously emerged with underlying layers.  Deep reds and pinks combined with yellow created abstract florals, and it reminded me of Chinese traditional flower paintings. The mood was festive and the paintings also express the change of seasons.  Lao Tzu said, “The higher the sunrises, the less shadow it casts..."  That is what this collection was about.
